About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at Seven West Media. As a CRM Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing customised marketing initiatives aimed at engaging and retaining customers, enhancing loyalty, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, execution, and optimisation of campaigns across email marketing, push notifications, and other digital channels.
  • Leverage data attributes to deliver targeted and personalised communications that reduce churn and drive new customer acquisition.
  • Support data initiatives or projects that enhance customer journeys and improve overall customer experience.
  • Collaborate with the data, insights, product solutions, marketing, programming, and sales teams to ensure business objectives and goals are met.
  • Engage in testing and learning to facilitate ongoing improvements in processes and implement automations to reduce manual tasks.
  • Conduct post-campaign analyses to evaluate performance against key metrics and provide feedback to relevant teams.

About You

You will have a strong attention to detail and a passion for data and marketing technologies. Ideally, you will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in CRM, email marketing, or digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable campaigns.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design specifically for emails.
