Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Compliance Officer and Investigator to join our team.

This role supports our vision for a connected, informed, and entertained Australia by ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing consumer complaints and other intelligence to inform regulatory responses, including investigations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough assessments of consumer complaints and intelligence to identify potential non-compliance issues.

- Conduct investigations into alleged non-compliance, prepare investigation reports, and pursue enforcement action when necessary.

- Perform compliance monitoring activities, developing and implementing policies and procedures.

- Analyze data to draw conclusions and make recommendations on compliance and enforcement actions.

- Engage with various stakeholders, including wagering providers and other regulators.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.

You will also need to be able to manage multiple priorities, adapt to new information as needed, and liaise with internal and external parties at all levels.

Furthermore, you should be able to balance deliverables with team development and support, provide and receive feedback, and contribute to a positive work environment.
