Equipment Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Technician to join our team at ActivTec Solutions. As a Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment within client facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Perform scheduled maintenance, inspections, and calibration of equipment to ensure optimal performance and compliance with industry standards.
- Diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions, conducting necessary repairs and maintaining accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding equipment status and repair timelines, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of issues.
- Manage inventory of parts, tools, and equipment needed for efficient repairs, staying up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes.
- Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills and stay current with industry developments.
- Adhere to company policies, client procedures, and industry standards, maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Technician or in a similar role, with a strong background in equipment operation and maintenance.
- Technical proficiency in equipment operation and maintenance, with a focus on problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.
- Experience in inventory management is advantageous, as is a flexible schedule and willingness to travel as required.
- Valid driver's license and full working rights in Australia, with a willingness to participate in ongoing learning and certification programs.
