Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer to lead our team in delivering a long-term project. This key role will be responsible for leading the procurement and construction functions, managing site/project engineers, and ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of on-site construction delivery experience, with a proven track record on large-scale building projects (ideally >$100m). Strong skills in programme development, cost control, and risk management are essential, as well as the ability to lead teams and manage subcontractors effectively.

Deep understanding of EHS, quality, and sustainability standards is also required, along with excellent stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills. Based centrally or in the Northern/Western suburbs is advantageous to ensure proximity to the project site and facilitate efficient coordination.
