Hiring Manager for HR Functions

This role focuses on delivering high-quality human resources services to local business leaders and teams. The successful candidate will collaborate with HQ HR teams to implement effective HR processes and programs, while also building strong relationships with employees and management.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Human Resource or Business Administration and at least 7 years of relevant HR business partnering experience. They should be familiar with local employment laws and regulations, possess excellent organizational skills, and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
In addition to these qualifications, the hiring manager will be responsible for supervising office administrative matters, including asset control, inventory management, office access, and record maintenance. They will also develop and implement Country HR policies and processes to ensure compliance with local statutory and regulatory requirements.
This role requires a proactive approach to delivering HR services, as well as strong relationship-building and communication skills. The successful candidate will be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities.
Requirements:- Degree in Human Resource or Business Administration
- At least 7 years of relevant HR business partnering experience
- Familiarity with local employment laws and legislations
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with all levels within an organization, and adapt to shifting priorities
- Excellent organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Real estate industry experience is an added advantage
