Job Description
We are seeking a highly capable
HR Functional Business Analyst
to support a leading organisation through a critical phase of transformation in their HR systems landscape. This role will play a key part in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring the effective delivery of HR and workforce management initiatives.
You will work closely with stakeholders across the HR function to analyse, document, and optimise processes across the full employee lifecycle—from Hire to Retire. Your expertise in HR technologies such as SAP HCM or SuccessFactors, and/or Workforce Management platforms like Dayforce or UKG, will be essential in driving system enhancements and supporting strategic HR initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Functional Business Analyst within HR or Human Capital Management domains
- Strong understanding of the
Hire-to-Retire
lifecycle and associated HR processes - Hands-on experience with
SAP HCM
,
SuccessFactors
,
Dayforce
, or
UKG
(formerly Kronos) - Ability to gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Experience in HR transformation or system implementation projects is highly desirable
