Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our HR team as an Hiring Manager Consultant. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our people leaders to provide guidance on industrial relations matters, including performance management.

You will be responsible for offering comprehensive HR support to employees and people leaders on policy interpretation, grievances, and counseling. Additionally, you will collaborate with our Senior HR Business Partner on cyclical HR activities such as performance reviews, remuneration cycles, and talent development.

Your expertise will also be instrumental in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures aligned with legislation and contemporary practices. Furthermore, you will support HR initiatives and projects focusing on learning and organizational development.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a HR Advisory role, preferably in an industrial relations context.
  • Proven track record of handling IR/ER matters effectively.
  • Ability to manage grievances and disciplinary situations with tact and diplomacy.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
