">The ideal candidate will possess 5+ years' experience in contract management, with a strong understanding of contract law, commercial principles, and governance frameworks.
">Key responsibilities include leading and supporting contract administration activities across complex projects and portfolios, partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver successful commercial outcomes, and providing advice on contract negotiation, drafting, and governance throughout the full life-cycle.
">A bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Commerce, or related field is required, along with proven ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
">Experience in investigations, compliance, or risk management will be highly regarded, as well as professional certifications such as World Commerce & Contracting (WCC/IACCM) or NCMA.
