As a senior commercial professional, you will establish long-lasting relationships with business clients and act as their trusted strategic partner.

You will collaborate and partner with a team of other commercial managers to co-manage a portfolio of commercial accounts with complex SME lending requirements.

Your primary objective is to deliver exceptional service to customers at every interaction point.

You will contribute to the achievement of team and individual performance targets across customer satisfaction, risk management, financial performance, and employee development.

You will regularly conduct comprehensive needs assessments to provide tailored business and consumer solutions to Commercial clients, including transactional services, payments, business loans, consumer mortgages, foreign exchange, cash-flow analysis, investment products, and protection options.

You will also be required to develop high-quality sales proposals and submissions, ensuring deal quality is consistently strong, minimizing re-work, and achieving success on the first attempt.
