
Training Program Specialist

This is a unique opportunity to join an exceptional team as an Operational Training Manager.
As an integral part of the team, you will contribute significantly to organisational effectiveness through the analysis, design, development and delivery of operational training programs.
The role requires collaboration with Divisional staff and managers to identify client needs, ensuring that our services meet the highest standards.
You will have the opportunity to develop operational training plans and strategies, evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, and provide consultancy services and advice on operational training.
A key aspect of this role is project work, which will allow you to apply your skills and expertise in a dynamic environment.
About the Role- Job Summary: This is a challenging and rewarding role for an experienced Training Professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality training programs.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, deliver, and evaluate operational training programs;
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs;
- Contribute to the development of operational training plans and strategies;
- Liaise with Divisional staff and managers to identify client needs;
- Support the ongoing development of competencies and capability frameworks;
- Provide consultancy services and advice on operational training;
- Project work as required;
We are looking for someone with significant experience in developing and delivering operational training programs, including detailed knowledge of adult education principles and practices.
An ability to travel to any location in New South Wales, including possible overnight stays, is essential.
A willingness to undertake project work as required is also expected.
