About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Clinic Administration Officer to join our Melbourne CBD Clinic, working full-time in VIC State. Reporting directly to the Practice Manager, this role offers the opportunity to manage a variety of tasks and customer demands.
Key Responsibilities
- Reception and general administration duties
- Processing medical bookings and results management
- Administering health questionnaires and data inputting
- Invoicing and maintaining accurate records
Requirements
- Excellent administration skills, customer service, and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality service
- Previous medical or clinical experience and/or receptionist experience highly regarded
