About This Role

We are seeking a skilled Site Development Director to join our team and lead the development of high-quality residential projects.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in delivering large-scale construction projects and possess excellent leadership skills to motivate and direct a team of Construction Supervisors.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in their work.

In this role, you will oversee site operations, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standard.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor three Construction Supervisors across a single-site project
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive project success and improve operational efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and procedures
  • Negotiate and build strong relationships with developers, suppliers, and trades
  • Manage client expectations and provide regular updates on project progress
About You
  • Proven track record of delivering complex construction projects on time and to specification
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results
  • Trade background with Cert IV in Building & Construction
  • Qualified Supervisor Certificate
  • Experience working directly with developers and managing client relationships
