Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Site Director to lead our multi-site account in Melbourne or Sydney. As the key client contact, you will champion growth, build strong relationships, and drive innovation.

About the Role:

  • Operational Excellence: Provide confident leadership, ensuring operational standards are met, and services are delivered as contracted.
  • Service Delivery: Manage service delivery, maintaining high standards and compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Client Relationship Management: Nurture client relationships, holding regular operations meetings to review performance and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Financial Acumen: Prepare P&L statements, forecast, and budget, ensuring cost-effective service delivery.
  • Talent Development: Establish a capable workforce, driving employee engagement and retention strategies.
  • Safety Leadership: Develop and oversee risk control strategies, promoting a strong culture of safety leadership.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify growth opportunities, collaborate on client-specific strategies, and champion continuous improvement.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Utilize reporting systems to track and report operational performance.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications or equivalent industry experience in Facilities Management, Engineering, Technical Services, or Hospitality.
  • Proven leadership, workplace training, and mentoring skills.
  • Success in outsourced B2B environments and managing remote/offshore sites.
  • Strong financial management skills and commercial experience.
  • A proven track record in developing profitable client relationships and identifying new business.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and facilitation skills; strategic mindset; continuous professional development.
