The Project Manager role at a digital office is a dynamic position that supports projects to ensure timely and quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define the project scope
  • Create a detailed work plan, determine necessary resources (time, money, equipment, etc.)
  • Collaborate with various business and IT teams for onboarding activities
  • Evaluate outcomes of the project as established during the planning phase, conduct closure activities including final reporting, lessons learned, knowledge transfer, and project documentation
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Project Management or another field with a minor/concentration in Project Management
  • 5 years progressive experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master in Project Management from conception to delivery
  • 3 years experience using project management tool Jira
  • 3 years experience facilitating scrum meetings, setup sprints, sprint planning, sprint retrospectives
  • 3 years experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, operations side, and IT side
Qualifications
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate teams
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other project management tools
