Project Manager Role Overview

The role of project manager is crucial in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Establishing clear project goals and objectives
  • Defining project scope, timelines and resource requirements
  • Collaborating with various business and IT teams to ensure smooth project execution
  • Evaluating project outcomes and conducting closure activities

Experience with project management tools such as Jira and facilitation of scrum meetings are highly desirable.

This role requires 5 years of progressive experience as a project manager or scrum master, from conception to delivery.

Additionally, 3 years of experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including operations side and IT side are also essential.

Requirements

A Bachelor Degree in project management or a degree in another field with a minor or concentration in project management is required.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
