We are seeking passionate and motivated individuals to join our team, working alongside experienced chefs to learn the skills and techniques required to become a qualified commercial cook.

This 3-year apprenticeship offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced industry while studying a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery. Upon successful completion, you will be a qualified chef with long-term career prospects.

As a Commercial Cookery Apprentice, your duties may include:

  • Preparing and cooking high-quality meals for customers in accordance with our menu and recipes
  • Learning to manage the kitchen, including stock control, ordering, and food preparation schedules
  • Ensuring adherence to all health and safety standards, including food hygiene and sanitation
  • Working closely with the team to prepare dishes to the highest standard

To be successful in this role, you should have a genuine passion for food, be eligible to complete an apprenticeship, and demonstrate a great attitude and willingness to work. You should also be well-presented, reliable, punctual, and able to take initiative. Problem-solving capabilities and resilience under pressure are highly valued.
