At the forefront of our talent acquisition strategy, we seek a skilled Recruitment Sourcer to spearhead our sourcing efforts. As a key player in our recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying, researching, and engaging with potential candidates for open positions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, internal databases, and professional networks.
  • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
  • Post job openings on various platforms and engage with applicants to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and ensure candidate records are up-to-date.
  • Collaborate with recruiters and account executives to understand job requirements and specific candidate needs.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in talent acquisition-based environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both internal staff and external candidates.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities with ease.
  • Desire to succeed in a commission-based environment, with a passion for driving results and achieving goals.
