- Share with Council your demonstrated experience recruiting for a variety of roles across a multidisciplinary organisation.

- You will use your exceptional organisation skills to manage a high volume of end to end recruitment activities.
- You will think outside the box, seeking creative ways to problem-solve and continuously improve processes and procedures.
- You will utilise your strong influencing skills and passion for coaching managers to help build talent acquisition capability within Council.
- You’ll be hands on in supporting our diverse business areas of Sutherland Council, creating a strong and sustainable future for our community through engaging the best talent.
- You will showcase Council’s values in all that you do - Collaborate, Achieve, Respect, and Evolve.

The **Fine** Print:

- **Package**:$84,000 - $91,800 gross p.a. plus superannuation
- **Hours of work**: Temporary Part Time 28 hours per week. Opportunity is expected to be available for up to 12 months.
