Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Operations Manager to oversee inspection and testing activities in accordance with contractual requirements, competency and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engineering Inspections for various industrial equipment;
  • QA/QC surveillance Inspections;
  • Welding Inspections;
  • Pressure Vessel Inspections;
  • Design Verification;
  • Pre/Post-Shipment Inspections;
  • Cargo Surveys;
  • Inspection of Pipes and Structures;
  • Advance Non-Destructive Testing;
  • Storage tank Inspections;

Requirements:

  • AICIP (preferred) or combination of API510 + API 570;
  • Welding inspector CSWIP 3.1 and above;
  • At least basic NDT Qualifications (MT, PT, UT) ASNT/PCN Level 2 or above;
  • Level 2 in Eddy Current;

Advantageous Qualifications:

  • API 571- Corrosion and Materials;
  • API 577-Welding Inspection and Metallurgy;
  • Level 2 in RT;
  • ISO 7507-4 Vertical Storage Tank Calibration;
  • API 653 - Inspection of vertical Storage Tanks;
  • RMS - UT Scanner;
  • Advanced NDT: PAUT;
  • Theodolite Laser Experience.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, with relevant experience working in a similar role and technical knowledge in inspection services.

They must be proficient in welding inspections, QA/QC surveillance inspections and advanced non-destructive testing.

Additionally, they should have knowledge of statutory inspection and advance NDT, as well as awareness of AS/EC standards.
