Our reputation is built on safety, precision, and results. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a hands-on, motivated Supervisor to join our team.
The Role
We are looking for an experienced Insulation / Sheet Metal Supervisor. In this role, you will:
- Lead and supervise a team of trades and contractors across insulation, cladding, and sheet metal works.
- Coordinate work programs to meet deadlines, budget, and quality standards.
- Liaise with project managers, clients, and site teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Monitor compliance with safety, quality, and environmental requirements.
- Assist in estimating, materials management, and job planning.
About You
You will bring:
- Proven supervisory experience in industrial insulation, cladding, or sheet metal work.
- Knowledge or experience in abrasive blasting and industrial painting (preferred but not essential).
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and safety.
- Current driver's licence and ability to pass site medicals and drug & alcohol screening.
- Construction White Card and relevant trade qualifications.
