Qube Bulk provides mine-to-market and mine resupply solutions, offering a range of mine, road, rail, storage, port and ship services. With operations ranging from capital cities to regional towns and remote locations, Qube Bulk employs thousands across its Energy, Logistics, Ports and Bulk divisions.

What's the role?

Qube Bulk has a vacant position for an Operations Supervisor to join the Northern Goldfields team. This role is full-time and on a FIFO roster.

What we're offering
  • 2 weeks on / 1 week off roster
  • Full-time – FIFO

Key duties
  • Lead and supervise a team of operators
  • Allocate staff and ensure required skills for designated tasks
  • Conduct on-the-job observations and coaching to support safety development
  • Ensure workforce is fit for work to meet client needs
  • Ensure vehicle and driver compliance with HSE, Client, and Qube policies and procedures
To be successful, candidates should have
  • Holding or working towards a Cert IV in Frontline Management or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years in the mining industry in a similar role
  • Current valid Motor Vehicle Driver's License
  • Extensive experience supervising a large industrial workforce
  • Experience with Registered Mine Site operations and DMIRS is an advantage
  • Hold or be able to obtain a current National Police Clearance
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical
