The Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team in the Australian Capital Territory. As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will work closely with clients who have sustained injuries or trauma, assessing their needs and developing strategies to enable their rehabilitation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and identify client needs to develop and implement rehabilitation strategies
  • Partner with clients to support their recovery journey
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Contribute to the development of rehabilitation programs and services

Requirements:

  • Degree qualified with current clinical skills or rehabilitation counselling skills
  • Hold a full registration with a relevant professional body
  • At least 6-12 months experience in occupational rehabilitation (desirable)
  • Hold a full driver's license
  • Demonstrate sound clinical reasoning abilities and possess highly effective communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
