At APM, we are proud to be partnering with the Australian Defence Force to provide rehabilitation services to its personnel. Our team of experienced professionals is dedicated to supporting individuals who have sustained an injury or trauma in their recovery journey.

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team in the ACT. As an ADF Rehabilitation Consultant, you will be working with Defence personnel to assess and identify their needs, develop and implement strategies to enable their rehabilitation, and provide ongoing support throughout their recovery process.

The Successful Candidate:

  • Must be degree qualified with current clinical skills or rehabilitation counselling skills
  • Hold a full registration with a relevant professional body (APHRA, ESSA, ASORC, AASW)
  • At least 6-12 months experience in Occupational Rehabilitation (desirable)
  • Hold a full driver's license
  • Demonstrate sound clinical reasoning abilities and possess highly effective communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • An unrelenting passion to help people rehabilitate and transform into the best version of themselves
