We are seeking a skilled Visual Content Creator to join our team. As a key member of our creative department, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality motion graphics for a range of client video projects.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Create original, high-impact motion graphics that meet and exceed client expectations.
  2. Lead each project from design through to execution, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  3. Collaborate with our Creative Producers to ensure seamless project workflow and effective communication with clients.
  4. Deliver TVCs for approval to relevant broadcast networks, adhering to all necessary guidelines and regulations.
  5. Work within established post-production workflows to ensure efficiency and flexibility in your work.
  6. Adhere to client style guides and brand guidelines, maintaining the highest level of quality and consistency in your output.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Proficiency in Figma for design collaboration and layout work.
  • Understanding of TVC broadcast requirements and CAD submissions.
  • Strong aesthetic skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent eye for typography, fonts, and layout design.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar motion design role.
  • Experience developing creative concepts for TV, online, and mobile platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once and meet deadlines.
  • Awareness of commercial advertising imperatives and call-to-action principles.
