Senior Construction Supervisor Job

Are you a skilled construction professional with leadership experience? We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Supervisor to join our team in Brisbane. As a key member of the project management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of residential, industrial and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate daily site activities and manage sub-contractors and trades
  • Prepare and action defects reports to ensure high quality work standards
  • Monitor OH&S compliance and maintain a safe working environment
  • Liaise with Project Managers to ensure construction programmes are adhered to

As a Senior Construction Supervisor, you will have approximately 10 years' experience in the construction industry, with a strong background in trade skills. You will possess excellent people management skills, be able to motivate and drive teams, and lead by example.
