We are currently seeking a highly skilled Marketing Professional to join our teams in Brighton and Mornington.

About the Opportunity

This is an exciting role where you will be responsible for overseeing the performance of retail marketing activities across all our brands, including BMW, MINI, and BMW Motorrad. Your success will be measured by carefully tracked and analyzed traffic through all locations and your ability to develop effective marketing strategies, execute activities, and ensure overall return on investment (ROI) on spend.

The Role
  • Develop and implement marketing plans with ROI measures in place
  • Generate foot traffic to meet brand targets
  • Grow and manage our online presence through website and social media
  • Analyze lead, sales, and customer data and deliver insights back to the teams
  • Work with long-standing suppliers/partners to maintain relationships and ensure value for money and outstanding execution
  • Develop and train a marketing team member
  • Plan and execute events as required
About You
  • Degree qualification in marketing or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience working in automotive marketing or similar
  • Experience managing people
  • Confident and adaptable with a willing can-do attitude
  • Thorough understanding of the Bayside and Peninsula area's lifestyle sectors, with a strong network being a plus
  • Team player willing to go above and beyond
