About This Role

Our Coffs Harbour specialist medical centre clinic is currently seeking a locum nuclear medicine technologist to join the team. The role is a full-time locum position, reporting to the chief medical imaging technician, working Monday to Friday with shifts between 8am and 5pm over 76 hours per fortnight.

Job Overview:

The key responsibilities of this role include performing nuclear medicine and PET scans with high-quality patient care, assisting in CT scanning and interventional procedures as required, and collaborating with technical and clerical staff, radiologists, and referrers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need current AHPRA and EPA radiation licence. Diagnostic CT qualification is preferable but not essential. You must also have the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team, and capacity to assist across nearby clinics occasionally as required. Any level of experience is welcome.
