**About the Role**

Jones Radiology are seeking a people-focused and customer-centric individual to play a fundamental role in upholding Jones Radiology's brand promise and delivering an outstanding patient and referrer experience.

This is a full-time, permanent position based at our Fleurieu Peninsula Region region clinics across Victor Harbor and Goolwa. If successful, you will be working Monday to Friday, with rotating shifts between the core hours of 7.00am and 6.00pm. You will also be expected to contribute to a weekend roster approximately once a month and compensated accordingly.

Individuals in this role will be predominantly working in-clinic as a Medical Receptionist, with occasional Booking Consultant shifts across our Fleurieu Peninsula clinics between the core hours of 7am and 6.30pm. After the first 6 months, the successful applicant will also be expected to contribute to a weekend roster approximately once a month, and compensated accordingly.

**Your Role**
- Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism.
- Assist with patient billing and other in-clinic duties.
- Schedule medical imaging appointments with care and efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service and minimise patient effort.
- Cultivate strong relationships with patients, referrers, and colleagues.

**What We're Looking For**
- Strong customer service skills and a passion for helping others.
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not essential.
- Proficiency in computer systems and multitasking.
- Initiative, willingness to learn, and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Attention to detail and a positive attitude towards challenges.
