The Role

We are seeking a skilled Senior Civil Design and Drafting Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and drafting civil engineering projects, working closely with our experienced engineers and project managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and draft detailed civil engineering plans and specifications
  • Collaborate with engineers and project managers to deliver high-quality projects
  • Develop and maintain design standards and templates
  • Export bulk earthwork and material quantities

Requirements:

  • Proficient in relevant CAD software, including Autodesk Civil 3D and Autodesk Plant 3D
  • Strong understanding of technical drawings and specifications
  • Knowledge of safety in design, constructability, operational practices, and relevant Australian standards and WSAA codes
  • Retail TAFE qualifications, diploma, or degree in drafting, engineering, or design
  • Commitment to working safely and within the company's HSEQ systems

About You

You'll be a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to influence and drive successful project outcomes. You'll have experience working in a consulting environment, delivering projects as part of a multi-disciplinary and multi-office team.
