Empowering sales professionals requires a strategic approach to learning and development. Our ideal candidate will play a critical role in achieving this goal as they work closely with global experts to develop impactful resources and campaigns.

Job Description

The successful Learning Designer will be responsible for scoping, designing, and creating engaging learning experiences that drive real behavioural change and unlock sales potential. This involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop fit-for-purpose learning interventions.

The ideal candidate will have experience using content authoring tools, visual design tools, and learning management systems to create end-to-end learning experiences such as multi-touch campaigns, courses, job aids, process docs, assessments, and multimedia resources.

They will lead the improvement of our enablement program, ensuring it is effective, relevant, and supports long-term behavioural change for our sales team. They will also coach other content creators in the team to help them apply learning and content best practices and facilitate team collaboration.

Project planning and execution, stakeholder management, and tracking project performance for continuous improvement are all key aspects of this role.

We are seeking a talented individual with experience in developing interactive, engaging, and effective learning resources, including digital and face-to-face experiences and assets.

  • Experience using SaaS sales processes
  • Ability to use authoring tools (e.g., Evolve) + visual design tools (e.g., Adobe and LMSs)
  • Experience in developing interactive, engaging, and effective learning resources
  • Experience with developing both digital and face-to-face experiences and assets (online learning courses, videos, interactive PDFs, LMS pages, workshops, virtual sessions, job aids and learning campaigns)
  • Experience conducting root cause analysis, training needs analysis and provide data-based analysis and reporting
  • Experience with project and stakeholder management with demonstrated proactive problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of L&D trends, developments and best practices
