Job Description

This is a unique opportunity to drive organisational effectiveness through innovative learning and development programs. As the Group Head of Learning, you will be pivotal in developing and executing a strategic people development agenda across the organisation.

About the Role

You will be responsible for conducting a comprehensive review of current L&D programs and frameworks, consulting with Executives, Directors, and Partners to identify leadership capability gaps. You will then design and implement training programs that demonstrably enhance leadership capabilities and foster a robust coaching culture within the company.

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Designing and implementing high-ROI leadership development programs
  2. Creating and delivering learning content, tools, and programs
  3. Facilitating the development and delivery of compliance and professional development programs
  4. Managing relationships with business third-party providers and industry bodies
