Event Strategy Manager

We are seeking a skilled Event Strategy Manager to develop and execute compelling events strategies.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying event sales opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and generating new business leads.
Main Responsibilities:
- Identify and capitalize on event sales opportunities through proactive engagement with corporate clients and event planners.
- Maintain strong relationships with industry professionals, stakeholders, and internal teams to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create engaging promotional materials and collateral.
- Conduct site inspections and provide detailed information on event venues to clients.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
- Analyse event performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the Hospitality industry, preferably in sales or event management.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales management software.
