Key Role: Fitness Operations Manager

The role of the Fitness Operations Manager involves overseeing the management and direction of personal training services, focusing on the development of a high-performing team. Key Requirements:

For this position, we are seeking individuals with strong leadership skills and experience in supervisory roles. Essential qualifications include Cert III & IV in Fitness and Current First Aid/CPR certifications. A proven track record in personal training or small business is also highly valued, as well as a passion for helping others succeed in their careers.
