As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Management Accountant to join our dynamic Finance team and play a key role in driving financial performance, supporting strategic decision-making, and enhancing operational efficiency.

As our Management Accountant, you'll be a trusted finance partner across the business, delivering accurate financial reporting, managing key accounting processes, and driving continuous improvement. You'll help shape the future of Revo Fitness by providing insights that matter and systems that support our growth.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Analysis & Business Partnering

• Deliver actionable financial insights to support strategic decision-making
• Analyse trends and variances to identify performance improvement opportunities
• Prepare management reports and dashboards for key stakeholders
• Support budgeting and forecasting aligned with business goals
  
  

Accounting, Compliance & Month-End

• Manage journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end processes
• Ensure accurate accounting for fixed assets and inventory
• Maintain compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
  
  

Finance Systems & Process Improvement

• Administer finance systems and ensure data integrity
• Support system enhancements, automation, and new implementations
• Lead change management and establish governance frameworks
• Identify and implement continuous improvements across financial processes
  
  

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

• Bachelors in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/CA required
• Proven experience in management accounting or financial analysis, Exposure to fast-paced, high-growth settings will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills; proficient in budgeting and forecasting
• Detail-oriented, highly organised, and deadline-driven
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, cost accounting, and financial risk analysis
• Advanced Excel skills required; familiarity with Xero, ApprovalMax, and Cin7 is a plus.
