Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fitness Professional to lead our group fitness program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design engaging workout routines and schedules for our members.
  • Provide personalized guidance on equipment usage and exercise techniques to help members achieve their fitness goals.
  • Develop innovative strategies to promote class sign-ups and boost member participation.
  • Compile bi-weekly updates featuring a variety of exercises and assist with front desk activities, including answering phones and conducting tours.
Additional Requirements:
  • Meet attendance targets based on club size and member traffic.
  • Assist new members with training and integration into the fitness program.
