Collibra is seeking a seasoned Senior Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a trusted advisor and Collibra Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our customers, driving adoption, and ensuring their success.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with customers to develop and execute customer success plans, providing education on Collibra best practices and driving growth.
- Identify critical customer needs and map resources cross-functionally, including product management, education, support, professional services, coaching, and partners.
- Lead business reviews and complex workshops with customers, driving executive engagement to gain sponsorship for Collibra.
- Quantify and communicate business value of Collibra to customer executives.
- Lead internal projects to improve, scale, and evangelize the customer success function within Collibra.
- Partner with the Sales team and other internal stakeholders to provide input into account planning and identify growth opportunities.
- Scale adoption using virtual tools and standardized materials, including Gainsight, to manage day-to-day operations.
- 5-6 years of experience managing large enterprise SaaS accounts.
- Proven track record of driving adoption and identifying/remediating risk to drive renewal, cross-sell, and up-sell.
- Experience supporting a high volume of accounts, identifying gaps, and improving adoption.
- Experience carrying and achieving quota.
- Experience working in a non-traditional office environment with virtual teams and remote work.
