Account Director

We are seeking an experienced Account Director to join our team and leverage their expertise in relationship building, stakeholder management, and strategic planning to deliver exceptional results for our clients.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5–7 years' experience in an Account Director or similar role within a marketing or communications agency. They will possess excellent project management skills, be able to work collaboratively with internal teams, and demonstrate a strong ability to build trust and value with clients.

Key responsibilities include managing and growing a portfolio of key customer accounts across multiple services, developing strong relationships with stakeholders, identifying new commercial opportunities, and ensuring seamless delivery of integrated marketing solutions.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially savvy individual with excellent communication skills to take on a leadership role and drive business growth for our clients.

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key customer accounts across marketing, creative, digital, print, and production services.
  • Develop strong, trusted relationships with multiple stakeholders across each customer's business.
  • Identify and pursue new commercial opportunities within existing accounts to deliver organic growth.
  • Liaise effectively with internal creative, digital, media, production, and strategy teams to ensure customer needs are met.
