Patient Care Specialist

Our organization seeks a dedicated and compassionate individual to deliver exceptional patient care in various settings.
- Provide direct patient care and manual handling duties under the supervision of a registered nurse or enrolled nurse.
- Transfer patients using all forms of patient transport to different areas of the facility.
- Assist nursing caregivers with patient care while maintaining patient confidentiality.
- Maintain a safe environment for patients contributing to their comfort needs.
- Contribute to an efficient and timely patient admission, transfer, and discharge process.
- Assist registered nurses or enrolled nurses in caring for deceased patients.
- Provide focused supervision of patients as directed by registered/enrolled nurses.
Applicants must hold a Certificate III in Health Service Assistant (Client/Patient Services) or similar; or be currently studying in a health-related field. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for this role.
