Our organisation is seeking a highly skilled Practice and Inclusion Partner to play a vital role in the region's practice uplift goals.
- As a key enabler, you will provide coaching and advice on quality, inclusive Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) practices.
- Support centre teams in teaching, learning, and inclusion for all children, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Engage with vulnerable children and families, implementing targeted capacity building strategies to drive positive outcomes.
In collaboration with the Centre Director, Educators, and families, you will work towards enhancing every child's life journey.
Your Impact:- You will be the first point of contact for Goodstarters nationally, providing responsive support and expertise.
- Share your knowledge and experiences with centre teams to build capability in teaching and learning.
- Work directly with centres to deliver Quality Improvement Plan actions by coaching and modelling best practices.
- Provide specialist inclusion advice and consultancy to centre leadership teams, ensuring seamless integration.
- Contribute to safeguarding children in line with organisational expectations and procedures.
