Job Description:

This role is a vital enabler of regional practice uplift goals. The successful candidate will provide coaching and advice on quality, inclusive Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) to centre teams.

The candidate will work directly with centres in delivering Quality Improvement Plan actions and providing specialist inclusion advice and consultancy. They will also contribute to safeguarding children in line with organisational expectations and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have a 4-year Bachelor Degree in Early Childhood Education from a recognised university. They must demonstrate capability of supporting and coaching teams to deliver high-quality, inclusive early learning.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
  • Demonstrated expertise in coaching and advising teams
  • Extensive experience in delivering high-quality, inclusive early learning
  • Strong knowledge of community and government networks/resources
  • Policies, frameworks, and funding supports for children and families
