Job DescriptionAs a Fisheries Expert within the Sustainable Management of Fisheries Business Unit, you will be part of the "Solutions and Innovations" Team. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing daily fishing recommendations to our customers, mainly tuna purse-seiners and industrial longliners
- Presenting our solutions to fishermen and training them on how to use our software in their daily work routine
- Supporting their activity by answering any question related to our core expertise, oceanography
During your first six months, you will be based in Toulouse, France. After this training period, you will be based in one of our subsidiaries either in Indonesia or Australia.
RequirementsWe are looking for a passionate and creative individual with a master's degree in fisheries or oceanography and proven experience in one of these fields. You should be fluent in English and have a good understanding of the fishing industry. Additionally, you should be able to share knowledge through trainings and have a strong affinity for teamwork.
