Oil and Gas Job Search Ltd is seeking a skilled Solar Labor Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our solar installation crew, you will be responsible for preparing, handling, and supplying materials to support the installation of solar panels and other equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload equipment and materials from trucks and storage facilities
- Prepare and handle materials for use by other crafts, including solar panel installation and electrical work
- Assist in the installation of solar panels and other equipment on single-axis tracker assemblies
- Participate in pile layout and installation, underground conduit and cable installation, and other construction activities
- Perform general cleanup and clearing of debris from job sites
- Adhere to all safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth project execution
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions, including extreme temperatures and precipitation
