About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to join TransGrid as a Senior Enterprise Technology Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for deploying and managing modern workplace systems, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and service level agreements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configuring and supporting Microsoft 365 applications such as Intune, SCCM, Teams, Entra, Office, and OneDrive for Business.
  • Oversight of provisioning and management of both physical and virtual end-user computing (EUC) endpoints, ensuring the Standard Operating Environment (SOE) is consistently updated to maintain optimal performance, application compatibility, and security.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will have a proven track record of expertise in end-user computing, with a focus on Microsoft technologies. Your extensive knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, including Intune, Teams, SCCM, Autopilot, OneDrive for Business, and other modern workplace tools, should be complemented by relevant certifications and experience.

You will be proficient in PowerShell scripting for automation and configuration management, along with familiarity with virtualisation, networking, security, and identity management (e.g., Azure Active Directory).

A strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in high-pressure environments, effective communication and collaboration abilities to engage stakeholders and work within a team are essential.
