Enterprise Architect Opportunity

At Talenza, we're seeking a seasoned Enterprise Architect to join our esteemed practice. As a Senior Enterprise Architect, you'll be a key player in leading technical discussions with senior stakeholders and driving architectural focus across enterprise applications, integrations, and automations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide thought leadership and develop future and target state architectures, technology roadmaps, capability maps, and technology standards for various business domains.
  • Ensure architecture governance for major initiatives, leveraging established governance models and processes.
  • Partner with senior business leaders and technology leads to establish business area platform strategy, roadmaps, and blueprints.
  • Lead business initiative Proof-of-Value (PoVs) and Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs).

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of architecture experience.
  • Possesses in-depth knowledge in designing intricate solutions across various technology platforms, including CRM, ERP, HR Systems, Digital Experience Platforms, Data Platforms, Application Integration, and Automation.
  • Experienced in developing technology strategies, crafting technology roadmaps, and driving technology-related decision-making processes.
  • Proven track record of demystifying complex scenarios, identifying, documenting, and assessing architectural alternatives, and communicating effectively to stakeholders.

About the Role

This is a permanent opportunity, working in a hybrid capacity with 3 days in office a week. Salary range for this position is $215,000 - $235,000 package + 20% bonus. Come and be part of a recognized brand, undertaking ownership, development, design, construction, funds/asset management, property management, leasing, and marketing activities for its centers, headquartered in Sydney CBD.
