Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Test Cycle Coordinator to oversee test cycles for multiple projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing System Integration testing, Parallel Testing, and User Acceptance Testing.


Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate test schedules for all test cycles.
  • Develop test scenarios and scripts for all test cycles.
  • Ensure timely delivery of test data for all test cycles.
  • Maintain accurate test status reports for all test cycles.
  • Deliver comprehensive test closure reports for all test cycles.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Significant experience (8+ years) in a test leadership role, preferably with HR ERP software.
  • Proficiency in manual testing across various test cycles, including System Integration and User Acceptance Testing.
  • Experience with Workforce Management systems (Time and Attendance, Rostering, Scheduling).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving, time management, and decision-making abilities.
