Overview

Senior Test Analyst role at UpperGround by Hudson, State Government Organisation, based in Brisbane with hybrid working (50% office / 50% WFH).

Contract details: $95/hour inc super, 6 Month initial contract + extensions.

Responsibilities
  • Join the Test and Release team to work on the WaterIQ Application including CRM Dynamics and .Net implementations.
  • Conduct testing and provide coordination within the team; develop test documentation, test plans and test cases, and manage information for each test cycle.
  • Perform system testing and assist business and users to carry out UAT testing.
  • Develop and execute test phases, ensuring alignment with project timelines and quality standards.
Key duties and responsibilities
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in information systems with proven experience in:
  • Testing of web-based, n-tier, COTS solutions
  • Developing detailed test plans and strategies
  • Perform System Testing
  • Manage User Acceptance Testing
  • Coordinate system testing activities
  • Develop detailed test specifications based on logical design documentation
  • Work in a team environment
  • Knowledge and experience in a quality assured environment
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and results-oriented
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to meet project deadlines
Desirable Criteria
  • Degree majoring in Information Technology from a recognised institution
  • Experience testing web applications and their integrations
  • Experience in Dynamics 365 CRM
  • Experience with Atlassian product suite
  • Experience in creating and executing SQL queries
  • Experience in software development, particularly creation and execution of unit tests
  • ISTQB certification
