Job Opportunity

We are seeking a results-driven leader to oversee security operations and drive profitable growth in our region.

This role is ideal for a dynamic leader who excels in both operational efficiency and business expansion.

The Role:
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, including performing Cash In Transit (CIT) services, ensuring compliance with security protocols and regulatory requirements.
  • Implement and monitor safety protocols to ensure the security of personnel, clients, and assets.
  • Optimize operational efficiency by managing costs while maintaining service quality across locations.
  • Supervise a small team of security officers, providing hands-on leadership to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
Business Development:
  • Identify and capitalize on business opportunities within the region to expand the client base and increase market share.
  • Foster relationships with existing clients and explore opportunities to cross-sell additional Protective Security solutions.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and service gaps, aligning business development strategies with regional market demands.
  • Actively participate in tenders and proposals, targeting large contracts.
Leadership and Administration:
  • Lead, mentor, and support security staff, ensuring high performance and operational consistency.
  • Collaborate with the head office to ensure accurate operational and financial reporting.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide strategic leadership, implementing continuous improvement processes to enhance service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Proven leadership: Experience managing multi-site security operations, including CIT services.
  • Business growth mindset: Demonstrated success in identifying business opportunities, driving revenue growth, and expanding client portfolios.
  • Operational expertise: Strong understanding of security regulations and compliance standards.
  • Client relationship management: Ability to maintain and grow long-term client relationships.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making: A proactive leader capable of making key decisions that balance operational needs and business growth.
