- Optimize operational efficiency by managing costs while maintaining service quality across both locations.
- Supervise a small team of security officers, providing hands-on leadership to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Identify and capitalize on business opportunities within the region to expand the client base and increase market share.
- Foster relationships with existing clients and explore opportunities to cross-sell additional Protective Security solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and service gaps, aligning business development strategies with regional market demands.
- Actively participate in tenders and proposals, particularly targeting large contracts (e.g., government, hospitals, retail, transport, hospitality, accommodation, and commercial sites).
- Lead, mentor, and support security staff, ensuring high performance and operational consistency.
- Collaborate with the head office to ensure accurate operational and financial reporting, including budgeting, forecasting, and compliance tracking.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Provide strategic leadership, implementing continuous improvement processes to enhance service delivery across the regions.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven leadership: Experience managing multi-site security operations, including Cash In Transit (CIT) services.
- Business growth mindset: Demonstrated success in identifying business opportunities, driving revenue growth, and expanding client portfolios.
- Operational expertise: Strong understanding of security regulations and compliance standards.
- Client relationship management: Ability to maintain and grow long-term client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and service retention.
- Problem-solving and decision-making: A proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced, autonomous environment, capable of making key decisions that balance operational needs and business growth.
- Security Guard Employee Weapons License (Mandatory to have or obtain and maintain for armed guard CIT work)
- Security Providers License with Cash In Transit and other relevant functions
- Manual Driver's License
- Certificate III, IV, diploma, or higher education in Security/Risk or Business Management fields
- First Aid/CPR
- Other relevant qualifications and licenses may be required, although they are not mandatory if you are eligible to obtain them later.
We offer significant opportunities for professional development, with the potential to advance into senior regional management roles as the business expands.
Performance Bonuses:
In addition to a competitive base salary, we offer performance incentives linked to operational success and revenue growth in your region.
