Job Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished Furniture Fabrication Specialist to take on a critical role in our production team. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality products and maintaining a safe working environment.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, effective communication, and strong leadership abilities. You will work closely with our team members to ensure timely completion of projects, monitor progress, and identify areas for improvement.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitoring workflow and providing regular updates on Work-In-Progress (WIP)
  • Ensuring productivity levels meet build schedules and sequences
  • Capturing and documenting changes to products or technical documentation
  • Coordinating rework/repair and identifying causes of issues
  • Providing support for assembly tasks as required to achieve target deliveries
  • Training new staff in accordance with build methodology, work instructions, and WHS policies
  • Assisting in the development/upskilling of existing employees to meet quality/skill set parameters
  • Conducting quality checks on completed vehicles/units according to company standards
  • Optimizing staff allocation to maximize efficiency in production
  • Maintaining tooling requirements and ensuring all equipment is in good working order
  • Fostering good housekeeping practices among team members
