Business Development Opportunity

We are on a mission to accelerate the adoption of Electric Vehicles in Australia. Our goal is to make EV ownership easier and more convenient than traditional petrol vehicles.

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Graduate to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for representing our business and brand with customers and partners.

The core objective of this role is to identify new sales leads, maintain existing accounts, and develop strong relationships with our customers.

To succeed in this position, you will need to possess excellent customer orientation, written and verbal communication skills, organisation and time management abilities, as well as strong sales skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Contact clients to inform them about new developments in our products
  • Develop quotes and proposals
  • Develop new business opportunities through a consultative sales approach
  • Be responsible for sales pipeline, account plan development, and budget/goal management
  • Maintenance of CRM system with up-to-date contact details and information

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Sales of $500k and growing within the first year
  • All work logged in system/CRM
  • Up to date account management
  • Weekly/Monthly management reporting
